What is involved in serving clients?

All volunteer work at New Life is in service to people transitioning from homelessness, but some positions have a more direct role. Our clients choose furniture and household goods at no cost from New Life. To make this happen, Virtual Client Hosts guide clients through their selections virtually, volunteers gather the client orders at the end of the week, and professional movers deliver the orders. The entire process is contactless for the safety of everyone involved.
