Must be designated as Duty Officer. Duty Officers oversee the drop-off shift, identifies tasks for the day, and partners with area leaders to solve problems.

What is drop-off?
Donations of furniture and household goods are dropped
off for people transitioning out of homelessness at our loading dock. Volunteers
receive, process, and store these donations as they come in. Clients using
their own moving vehicle also come to pick up the furniture and household goods
they ordered earlier in the week, which volunteers load onto the vehicle.
