Important Information about Furniture Pickups:
  • We charge a sliding fee for this service
  • We require a minimum of 2 furniture items to schedule a pickup. At Least one must be an essential item e.g. sofa/loveseat, dresser/bureau, or mattress.
  • Please carefully review "What We Accept" for a list of items we need, as well as items we do not take.
  • We cannot accept items that are broken, torn, stained, covered with pet hair, or that have missing parts. We only accept basic furniture and household goods appropriate for our clients who are making a fresh start in small apartments.
  • We reserve the right to limit items picked up based on inventory and storage space and to be sure items meet our criteria for condition and size.
